What's This All About ?

The purpose behind the creation of this web page was to provide a forum, so to speak, dealing with methods, suppliers, tips and tricks to save money while engaged in the hobby of raising African Violets. As any avid grower knows African Violet culture can easily become a money pit with just a modest collection. And if you are like me and just have to have every pesticide, new cultivar and gadget then African Violets become a true investment. Over the next few weeks I'll present a few of the things I've learned that I feel are worth sharing, scan a few pictures of cultivars I raise and in general try to present a web site where the average as well as the experienced grower can glean a little extra edge in the battle of Violet horticulture. Please, please feel free to contact me below with your own experiences, ideas or if you have a scanned image of a cultivar or idea you'd like to see posted and shared.
